We offer in-house conscious intravenous sedation for patients who feel very nervous about dental treatments. It is also recommended for longer, more complex procedures where a patient can benefit from its effects and it is very helpful if your suffer from a severe gag reflex. The procedure is provided by our trained Sedationist and/or a visiting Consultant Anaesthetist.
If you would like to have sedation as part of your treatment, you will need to book for an assessment and suitability appointment. The appointment lasts for 30 minutes and will incur a separate fee.

Why Sedation?
Sedation will help you cope with dental treatment and reduce your anxiety. Even people who do not feel anxious about dental treatment choose to have sedation for uncomfortable procedures such as extractions.
Sedation is a process used to establish a relaxed, easy and calm state through the use of sedatives. Sedative drugs can be administered in a variety of ways. Sedation is both safe and effective when administered by our experts.

Latest Dental Chair
OUR CHAIRS ARE ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED FOR THE PATIENT AND THE DENTIST AND INCORPORATE MEMORY FOAM CUSHIONS TO MAKE THEM VERY COMFORTABLE.
An important aspect in choosing these chairs was their ease of disinfection and their ability to self-clean their waterlines. One of the main sources of infections from other dental offices is the dental unit water lines (DUWL).
• Designed to meet strict European guidelines
• Sterile water lines using ozonated water
• Programmed to flush and clean the lines hourly to ensure cleanliness
